Our guarantee
We want every Still Shining gift to be perfect. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
14-day goodwill refund
Still Shining offers a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the gift link has not yet been opened by the recipient. We understand that circumstances change, and we want to be fair.
To request a refund, email hello@stillshining.com with your order details. We aim to respond within one business day.
If the gift has been opened
Once the gift link has been opened, the star experience has been delivered. However, if there is a genuine issue — a typo in the name, a technical problem with the certificate or star page — we will fix it promptly or offer a full refund at our discretion.
Registered stars
Once a star has been formally registered (the recipient has completed the registration), the star is permanently assigned. Refunds are not available after registration is complete. If you need to make a correction to the star name, contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to help.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. As a digital product delivered instantly, change-of-mind refunds are not required by law — but we offer them anyway because we believe in our product and want you to be happy.
